About the 2022 Fromme VK Group Series
The combined distance and elevation for this challenge is 16.84* and 3000m ascent. (* not including descent distance after each VK).
The Winner will be the Male and Female who climb all VK's in the fastest accumulated time. You can attempt a VK more than once if you want to improve your time, your fastest effort on each course will be used in the calculation.
You have the entire four months of the series to complete the course group - one course at a time. All courses in this course group are considered Moderate in difficulty.
